Review summary
For the most part evrything was ok. Nothing is perfect, everyone knows that. The soda program was expensive and also frustrating. Since the waiters do not get an automatic 15% tip added to the bill, if you ordered a soda and there were no other drinks ordered I waited forever for the soda and several times the waiter never returned with it and I had to reorder with someone else. When we docked in New York and waited to disembark all the toilets in the public restrooms stopped flushing. I have a wife and two adult daughters who eventually needed the restrooms and could not find one that was not disgusting. The odors and the full bowls were sickening for them but they had no choice but to use them. Very upsetting. Not a good ending to the first time cruisers. This put a big damper on trip that otherwise for the most part was enjoyable.Ship experiences

Pros: the food in most of the resturants and the stateroom stewards
Cons: The soda program. Since the waiters did not get an automatic 15% tip you waited forever and sometimes never got the soda, I had to reorder it. Happened numerous times, very frustrating because you cannot order it yourself at a bar.
