Review summary

We paid top dollar for this cruise and were very disappointed with their service. We were unable to get reservations to any restaurant all week long because they were all booked on the first day. When we passed by there were many empty tables but were told they could not accomodate us because they were booked up. At the Chopsticks restaurant they were exceptionally rude when we inquired even thought they had many empty tables. The casino machines many were broken and it was small. The Yacht Club food was repetative and disgusting. The Seven Seas gourmet food was unpleasent to the palate and the help was very slow. I would never recomment this cruise line to anyone. It was as if nobody on the ships staff cared about the service they supplied maybe because they automatically took gratuities every time you ordered anything. There are other cruise lines that give much better service.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
The food on the ship was very disappointing and the other restaurants we were unable to book even though they were obviously half full to capacity all week

Entertainment

1 out of 5
The entertainment was nothing to write home about. I played bingo with the easy bingo machine and my number came up and it said bingo and they told myself and another customer that it was an error. I paid $50.00 for that machine and paper cards would have been better. I also think if two peoples machines go off they should have done something - because it was their machines. Maybe it was a crooked game???

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
The staff at the restaurants were not interested in whether or not you were satisfied. The restaurants were empty and we were seated with strangers at the Seven Seas not by choice. The Italian Restaurant and Chopsticks were very rude when we inquired why we could'nt have restaurant reservations even though they were half empty at any given time and did absolutely nothing to accomodate us. The reservations clerk did nothing either when we complained just shrugged her shoulders and sat there.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
We were also told by the booking agent that we would all be next to one another as a group and we were not - very disappointing to say the least!!!

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
The stateroom was a cabin without a window and very substandard caomapred to other cruiselines. I have been cruising for over 20 yrs and I do know what I'm talking about

Ports of call

Hamilton, Bermuda

3 out of 5
Enjoyed the beaches
Don't Miss: street fair

St. George's, Bermuda

3 out of 5
The beaches are beautiful
Don't Miss: none

Pros: The room service and cabin stewards were exceptional

Cons: The ship was small, we paid for a stateroom and every room on the ship was a stateroom. It was very dark with no windows,no balcony, no refigerator. There was inadequate seating for a very small pool. We were unable to get reservations to any of the restaurants all week long because they were booked
