Review summary

Good, relaxing fun with family. Probably going to use more upscale lines from now on

Embarkation

4 out of 5
We arrived too early. The process was fast and friendly but then long wait to board. Next time we’ll arrive around noon.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Disappointing. The food in the main dining rooms was frequently served cold or tepid. Waiters wanted food orders before wine or drinks arrived which was a problem because so many wines were not available and you need to get the wine steward to make substitutions.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Six was excellent. Beyond that it was acceptable

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Mixed. Some servers clearly inexperienced

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Clean comfortable but I prefer a smaller ship. Chose large ship for grandchildren

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Walked off at 7:30. On the highway before 8 am. Will never give up my bags at disembarkation again

Thanks for your feedback. We have always carried our own bags off. Much quicker.

Another luggage problem with customs. Coming down the escalator, see my bags but it's roped off and you have to walk a block past your luggage and walk a block back towards the escalator to where your luggage is. I asked if I could go under the barrier to my luggage...nope. Enjoy your walk

Thanks for sharing. Each line seems to have pros and cons

A lot of folks seem to be starting to manhandle their luggage off instead of doing the ‘standard’ way. Makes for a long wait before those who need to have the luggage taken off for them, and I have noticed a lot of issues as folks get tired of waiting hours for the walk offs to finish and go off anyway.
