Stayed in Haven Room was not cleaned very well not sure he even vacuumed as the eye from the towel animal we had the first 3 days was still on the floor as we left. Nespresso machine had coffee stains the whole week. He never picked up and or changed the towels stopping the water coming in the balcony door.Found Concierge David Lacking during our emergency as storm destroyed Owner's suite's and Penthouse balconies one of the guests had to call the hotel manager as he would not. Big Disappointing Experience. The Captain and or Corporate made a bad decision putting us in this storm.Not only did it put Passengers in harm's way it damaged the ship costing stockholders money for repairs. We sail Breakaway alot. Great parts Haven Restaurant Fantastic Mary and her staff First class, Haven bar Same. Met alot of great people had a good time in spite of this. And yes will keep Cruising.
