Review summary

The ship is big, too big with too many people. Not a big variety of open decks with comfortable seating accommodations and those that are there usually occupied. Staff is polite, but detached and concerned with making money, too many people on on service staff are eager to tell stories of financial struggles and personal life (children, sick old parents, etc.) I specifically didn't have a good experience at the spa - exhaduratingly, to the point of discomfort polite, yet way too familiar, enormous tip added on to the charge and overcharge for the service - a bit of a bate and switch on that. Otherwise, room comfortable, bathroom comfortable, food decent, good presentation. Shows a well produced and well cast. Three days in Bermuda were great. With respect to getting on and off the ship much easier than my last trip to Bahamas - galloping with three stops one day each on Norwegian jewel, although I prefer the Jewel to the breakaway. All in all - fine trip.
