Review summary

A++++! Excellent. The entertainment is by far the best on all the cruise ships! The appetizers were extraordinary. The ship is beautiful, walking on deck 7, 8, or 16. Soft ice cream machines in the buffet were wonderful when I did not like the dessert menu in the restaurants. Savor was my favorite, because the Manhattan (large dining room) one time I had to wait 40 minutes to get appetizers. Savor, a smaller restaurant, same menu, I always received excellent service and fast!

All were great!! Especially the speciality dining rooms. Savor was my favorite place to eat. Loved appetizers. Buffet has many soft ice cream areas to get your own, delicious!

The Local Bar & Grill

Menu was so great! I liked so many things on the menu. I am a picky eater! I highly recommend eating here. Also, it overlooks the atrium so you could sit above by a counter looking down. Great food and service! I highly recommend going here!

The Manhattan Room - Main Dining Room

I don't know if it is because it is so large, but I went twice. The first time, I was so disappointed. 10 minutes to take our order, than another 30 minutes to get the appetizers. Had to leave before main dish to not miss the show at 6:30! The second time was great. The waiter was fast and friendly and eager to please. Excellent!

The food was great, but the chef was very entertaining, singing and joking around. It was delicious and very entertaining, loved it! I highly recommend going here!

Always fast and friendly service! Same menu as the large dining room. All waiters were very eager to please! :-)

#1 Entertainment in over 100 cruises I have been on. The Jersey Boys play is fabulous. I saw it all 3 nights. The Beatles were great too! Excellent!!!!

The crew seemed to really care about you and wanted to please you. Just walking by, they would say hello and smile! Excellent!

Cabin / Stateroom

The cleanliness and overall comfort was great. it was an inside cabin way down in the front of the ship. 170+ steps off the elevator. I never saw such a small cabin before. The desk was small. The area between the wall and the bed, you had to walk sideways. The bathroom was bigger than usual, that was nice. I didn't even know they made cabins that small. It was a guarantee that I purchased, so that is what I got.

Go to ALL the Jersey Boys and Beatles evening shows in the theatre!

They said we could get off with our luggage at 7:30. I got in line at 7:15. It was a mess. Line was not moving and people were getting off the ship We were stuck by the elevators and then, finally, we go to move and walk all around the ship to get off. It took way too long. Need to be more organized! I think it took 40 minutes before I was outside. Princess and Royal Caribbean I am usually outside before 7:30 am.
