Review summary

The Bliss is a nice ship being new definitely a lot bigger then the other 2 we have been on. The furniture in the Atrium definitely has seen it's time. Room service, house keeping, bartenders, waiters and waitresses were definitely outstanding. Now the quality in some 2 of the restaurants we visited can use some work. Cagneys steak house I had a porter house and the steak was awful tough and fatty, my wife had the rib eye and half of it was fat. Le Bistro the food was cold not worth the time waiting for it. Because of the restaurants, the lack of pool side chair monitoring, the lack of pools and it felt like it was to commercialized it's what I am basing my star rating not because of the service the staff provided. We are frequent cruiser on NCL but I think it's time to start looking at other companies such as Royal or MSC.
