I really dont understand the up charge here. It was not over the top good compared to other sea food joints. I thought the scallops we ordered needed a little more time. It was in my opinion just OK not spectacular.

OMG!!!!!! Food was excellent, service was excellent! Beautiful restaurant! If I ever cruise on Norwegian, the only specialty restaurant that I will go, will be Ocean Blue! Great bang for your money!

Best place again an up charge on top of our specialty dining that made it high but was delicious our wait staff was wonderful. For my friends birthday was a treat.
