The ship is beautiful, exactly the right size. It has been kept beautifully and any repairs and/or updates have been done. It's a wonderful ship.

The options of all dining experiences exceed expectations. You can find something delicious for every meal, even if you have special dietary needs.

Service and Staff

The staff is only happy if you are happy. They are focused on making every experience the best it can be. AND, if you ask questions about their lives, they love to talk to you about their culture, etc. You can learn so much from the lovely staff, from the busboy at the Lido to the Manager at the Pinnacle Grill.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5

We love this ship, it has everything you would want. It's luxurious, at the same time casual and you don't feel as if you have to take a "hike" to go from one end to the other.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5

The suites are definitely worth the splurge. You will never feel cramped and the storage for clothing is wonderful.

Pros: size of ship, attention to detail, Captain Scott

Cons: customers complaining with no reason to complain
