This was our first cruise and we were in awe as we toured the ship. It is huge and beautiful. Hard to believe they can put all that on a boat. I felt like I was staying at the Ritz Hotel!!

It was the second time for us to enjoy that beautifull ship. We loved it the first time and we even loved it more the second time.

We had a very enjoyable time on this cruise, but found some things just aren't like they used to be. The "invisible" cabin steward is now "visible" with housekeeping carts & vaccuum cleaners in the halls. We were disappointed at the absence of some kind of "gala" buffet. We were also upset at the island barbecue where they ran out of paper plates and utensils about half way through. Also the last night, the Schooner Bar ran out of White Zinfandel and my husband's beer of choice. We have never been on a cruise where they ran out of anything!

Expected much more. If i can do it again, i wouldn't. Staff was ok. Food was terrible. Buffet times were terrible. Tendering to Grand Cayman was impossible. We got out for only 2 hours! Had to eat in our room twice bc buffet closes at 9. Just an overall disappointment. I can go on and on but prefer not to. Carnival, Princess and Celebrity were much better with food. Activities on the Navigator were ok. MORE LIKE CORNY and BORING!

The ship was nice but I would have liked to have seen seating for outside dining.

Everything on board either met, or surpassed our expectations. We are frequent cruisers and could find no fault whatever.

The ship was generally very clean, easily navigable, and had plenty of amenities. The food was generally very good, though some restaurants were better than others. That the pool and hot tub are open all night long is a very nice feature. The staff was outstanding, friendly, attentive, and courteous.

Ship is looking a little worn, especially the carpet. The bathrooms are hard to find and only have 2-4 stalls in the womens bathrooms, resulting in lines out into the hallways in the busy areas/times. Other than that, we had a great time and would sail Royal Caribbean again.

Just wonderful. We have been on RCCL ships in the past and only will sail with RCCL.

The ship was clean maintained on a regular basis, easy to negotiate after the first little while. I appreciated all the signs that helped with this. Our room was quite comfortable.

this was our me and my wife's first cruise ever. This was for our Honeymoon. We had a great time. The did some special stuff for our honeymoon without us knowing it. One night we showed up to our cabin with fresh strawberries dipped in chocolate with a nice card in it from the staff. The dinners on the boat were very good. And there was always something to do on the boat between the shows, ice skating, rock climbing, trivia, or just events put on by the staff. It was a great trip.

not the best experience. Never got all our picture. Not kids friendly. Had to wait for table for lunch and dinner.

Overall we had a great cruise as you will have a good time if you chose to. This was our 3rd cruise but not our favorite on RCL. Again I'm not a 100% sure it was all RCL's fault but more of a learning experience for a young couple. We had never cruised out of a Florida port and at least 75% of the boat was over the age of 62. It was just like the stereotype that you hear about. We have cruised out of New Orleans & Norfolk and we may try those again. Just a better crowd for a couple in thier mid 30's with no kids. The ports were Awesome - St. Kitts, St. Marteen, & San Juan were worth every penny of the cruise. All other comments are listed below.

The ship was beautiful, with a very active lay-out and schedule, there was so much to do, we had a great time.

The ship was clean and spacious. General staff was professional and helpful. Customer service staff was rude, poorlytrained and unprofessional.

As this was our first cruise, we have nothing to compare but we enjoyed Navigator of the Seas very much. We booked a balcony cabin and had our morning coffee out on the balcony evry morning. The views were spectacular. We traveled with another couple who were seasoned cruisers. We sat with them and two other couples for the early dinner. We may have been strangers on that first night but by the end of our eight days we had made some great new friends and are planning to meet again. It was a great experience and hope to cruise again in the future. Royal Caribbean does a fantastic job and the crew was friendly, polite, and very helpful.

I like this ship. It's easy to navigate.
