Review summary

The buffet food was of poor quality. The loud speaker was not very clear. The drinks are very weak. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food quality can be improved. The price for drinks was too expensive. The software was more of a sales tool rather than and aid. The last day was not even a day we had to be off ship by 8:30 am.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I agree with your thoughts on the food.

The last day is not counted as a day of your cruise, so I dont know you even bring it up. I'm just curious,....did you even have a good time, or were you too busy pointing out everything that was not up to your expectations.

I'm not sure what you mean by software. But you mentioned sales tool and yes the crew is told to push sales. I've been on Navigator twice so I'm familiar. I also had one crew member that worked in cafe promenade who was the barista during my November cruise who was just abrasive. But for the most part the crew was lovely and helpful. I wish you had the same experience. As to being off the ship by 8:30am that's completely normal. They need to turn it over and get ready for new passengers embarking at 10:30am. As I said, sailed on her twice. I would give her another chance but do the Mexican Riviera next time. 7 nights is a lot of fun. The shows are fantastic.
