Review summary

The ship is nice and everything you would expect a cruise ship to be but we were traveling with young children. The website promised a kid's pool and kid's activities. These weren't really available.

The goal of this vacation was swimming for my one and two and a half year olds. I told the travel agent\, Elaine\, as much and she confirmed with the cruise ships website that the Navigator of the Seas had a kiddie pool with a slide. We were stoked. My husband and I thought that the girls could wear themselves out at the pool and then we could enjoy the sites off the ship. It seemed perfect. We got there and found out that there wasnt a kiddie pool...and worse\, babies arent even allowed in the pool. The information channel on the ship said there was a Royal Tots program for kids from 6-36 months so we tried to find information about that. The stateroom attendant didnt know about it he just kept pushing the Adventure Ocean program on us. We tried the Guest Relations desk. The first two people we asked had no idea what we were talking about. A third person did but she didnt have any information. She called and asked someone to print some out and asked us to come back 30 minutes later
