Stortage of staff, so for instance at the gym there was no one to help you if you need instruction (unless you wanted to buy a product). But the rest of the staff was very friendly and nice

Very clean everywhere except -- not enough staff so carfeteria tables weren't always cleared, and smell of sewage in our hall
