Review summary

This ship is only 10 years old and it seems very tired. Things are a bit run down. It's still a beautiful ship, and the condition of the ship didn't take away from the experience. It was our kids first trip and we had really talked the cruising experience up but it really fell short in the food category. Breakfast buffet had a lot of selection, but not a fan of the dinner menu.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

I think Royal Carribean need to read some of these reviews and realize they need a new head chef.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
OK. If you cruise with this particular ship (Navigator of the Seas) the ships dance crew does the same show with a very slight variation. So two nights are like a repeat of the year before.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
For the first time during a cruise, we felt the staff was tired and not very enthusiastic. Dinner staff was great as was the room attendant!

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

Our sheets were stained upon arrival and the top covering stained and had holes. Our room attendant changed it immediately, but the first impression was not good.

Pros: That we could share the cruise with our adult kids!

Cons: Food- pretty average. Quality was lacking as was taste.
