Review summary
I have cruised this cruise line before - Liberty of the Seas in May of this same year. That boat was 100% better. Everyone I talked to seemed to have some kind of plumbing problem from stools to bath tubs, the public stools also seemed to be clogged all the time - when I reported one area to an employee it was still clogged 2 hours later - no maintenance to be found. There also seemed to be an awful sewer smell in many parts of the ship. Tv's were outdated - beds extremely uncomfortable. The one good thing was the staff who were extremely helpful and very enjoyable. The food in The Windjammer buffet was way below par - usually cold if there was any actually in the serving plates and a constant fight to get through the many lines - very poorly organized. Again - none of these problems existed on Liberty of the Seas. Dining room food very good - as well as Portofino and Johnny RocketsPorts of call
Pros: the employees
Cons: Windjammer food - plumbing
