Review summary
One previous cruise with Royal Caribbean, which we HATED.... this one was much better and they were doing well until it was time to leave. Long story short: If you are Elite or Medallion with any airline do *NOT* use their baggage valet program.... they charged us for bags when they claimed they wouldn't and now it's a fight between the airline and the cruise line for $50 that should NOT have been charged. Kind of ruins the whole vacation. Also, they swear up and down like robots that the last bus to the airport is at 7:30 when they *KNOW* that this is totally false. Save time, money, and aggravation and take a taxi. The other downside to baggage valet (in general) - if there are seats available on an earlier flight, you can't go stand by as your BAGS must travel with you....Ship experiences
