Review summary

Overall a fantastic holiday. We enjoyed every aspect of the ship. It was spotlessly clean and had so much to offer. There is always something to do. The staff couldn't do enough for us, the entertainment was lovely and the stateroom very comfortable and clean.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
We ordered kosher food and didn't eat the regular food, however it looked fantastic. The kosher food was tasty and we really appreciated the trouble they went to to arrange it for us, but there was not much variety.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
You simply cannot be bored on this ship. There is sooo much to do. If all else fails, go the library and read a book! We particularly enjoyed the Ice Show.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
A rating of 6 'smileys' just isn't enough. I could not believe the wonderful service we received from every staff member we encountered, particularly our stateroom attendant and our waiter.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
This ship is quite overwhelming. It has so much- shops, ice skating, theatre, restaurants etc.. It's very easy to find your way around and the staff can always direct you.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had an inside room and it was a little small and cramped for 2 adults, but was spotless and very well designed. Plenty of storage space, nicely furnished and very comfortable beds. On deck 9 midship which was ideal.

Pros: Everything

Cons: The end!
