Yes, it just sails very slowly and goes out far enough to be in international waters so the casino can open.

Yes. At dead slow. It is very stable, calm way to travel and enjoy the activities aboard the ship.

We did the 4 day Ensenada and Catalina cruise on Navigator last December and after we left San Pedro we sailed down south between Ensenada and Cabo before turning around to port in Catalina. I guess it depends on the Captain or sailing tho. There’s a channel on the TV that will track your sailing!
