If you want internet id recommend purchasing it ahead of time as the onboard price will be higher. We always purchase it cause the selection of TV shows on Royal ships is very limited but that’s just our preference. Now that Royal has Starlink it’s easy to stream the shows we want on our laptop.

The package is the best deal if you want to have internet *every day,* but I’d argue a day-pass, only purchasable onboard is a lot more cost-efficient if you only play to hop on for one or two days (depending on the length of cruise and how much you need the internet).

To piggyback on Nursey1's answer, the only people I know that get free WiFi are those who are Pinnacle with Royal Caribbean's Crown 👑 and Anchor ⚓️ Society. Lower levels get discounts on it example: Diamond 💎 Plus get $60 off whatever WiFi package you buy.
