7th cruise and we are DONE after this experience! by 2016bekind

They really need a deep cleaning!! The tops of the towel racks are filthy and the shelves were not even wiped down. The carpet needs to be deep cleaned and they need to vacuum in the corners and behind the door (huge hairballs), this is our first promenade room and the noise was not a concern but the beds were horrible and missed the extra space from our balcony rooms. Also, we had a door from out children's room to ours but it can't be locked!!!
