I don't believe concierge gets you a butler, that would be penthouse and above. Concierge gets you a welcome bottle of champagne, 3 free bags of laundry, expanded room service menu, a tote bag, and priority specialty restaurant reservations.IMO, the best reason for the concierge upgrade is access to the Aquamar spa terrace.
