Very enjoyable and relaxing experience. YC staff work hard to ensure guests relax and have a real 'vacation'. We didn't want or ask for anything... if anything, we probably enjoyed the food and drinks too much. Detox when we return home!

Travelled Yacht Club so no queues, bags taken off us at taxi and walked straight through to private check in with drinks, then within minutes we were on the ship.

Theatre shows with MSC are the one downfall in our opinion. I don't doubt the talent of the show team, however, themes and storylines of the Carousel cirque shows are just strange and we found only 1 or 2 of the main theatre show nights worthwhile. Singers in the bars were great and took requests.

As said, YC offers a different level of experience. We could not fault any part of the service provided onboard. No request was too much!
Ship Quality

MSC ships are beautiful. The larger Virtuosa/Grandiosa ships have a central shops and restaurants corridor with a 3 story screen roof which changes colours and plays videos through the day. Being Italian run, the decor is very chic.
Cabin / Stateroom

We took a YC deluxe balcony. Large bed, plenty of space for chairs, a separate sofa and coffee table. Double length balcony on high levels. Unlike Haven on NCL, MSC ensure all YC guests are within the YC so no walking up or downstairs to get to the separate facilities.
Ship tip
Consider YC, even on an inside cabin basis, as you get access to all of the YC facilities and benefits.
Beautiful. We were so surprised this existed in the gulf. Buggies took YC and passengers with mobility problems to various parts of the private MSC beach resort. We enjoyed on the beach massages and a beautiful lunch cooked by the YC team - our sommelier showed up and chose us a delicious lunchtime wine!
I've been on that itinerary 3 different times on 2 different MSC ships and I'm not a beach type of person but I can say I loved Sir Bani Yas. I would like to go back! Thanks for your review 👍
