Lovely Middle East cruise to escape the cold in the UK! Really enjoyed it and will definitely do a similar cruise again so we can visit the ports ourselves once covid restrictions change!

Had anytime dining in the minuetto restaurant, had 2 lovely waiters who were great with our 7 year old and couldn't do enough for us. Plenty of choice and had some really tasty dishes!

Only went to see one main stage theatre show which was hard to follow and quite poor, wanted to leave before the end but felt bad!
Did pay €15 extra to go and see a cirque du solei style show in the carousel theatre. We had front row seats, the story was hard to follow but it was an amazing show and being so close to the acts doing various tricks was definitely an experience!

Had an aurea suite cabin with a private hot tub. Biggest cabin we've ever had so the extra space was nice but on balance think we'll just stick to our usual balcony cabins moving forward
Did an excursion on coach tour, the guide was amazing, full of personality and knowledge. Loved going outside the big mosque, next time want to go in (again covid restrictions on 7 year old meant we couldn't do this)
We didn't need a PCR test to enter Abu Dhabi, only had one test at the airport prior to getting on the cruise. Had to go on an MSC excursion though so we were in an MSC bubble
