we are going in a few weeks and having same problem. I rang customer services who told me to log into the website instead of the app, but had same issue. Glad that you can register at check in.thanks

Hi, I am going on Virtuosa soon. You don’t need to register your credit card to complete check in. As long as you have completed your passport details, next of kin and provided your insurance details for the advanced passenger information. You can register your debit/credit card or cash once you go on the ship. Hope this information helps.
