We have not cruised on MSC, I see reviews either loving it or being disappointed.

All I can advise is go for a smaller ship .

Restaurant is 3 sittings we had 8 the 8pm sitting.the waiters have many tables to tend I thought less staff also. You have 15mins to be seated then restaurant doors are closed. THEN they dim the lights and as you are finishing your deserts they put the lights on full again. On one occasion our food was late coming so desert was late,we were asked ic we could hurry up as they need to prepare for the next sitting. Also our table was on the side of the bowling alley which was on deck above.i wondered what the eck was the noise .then the smoking areas . Thd sunset bar is smoking on the bar side. Pools far to deep 6ft no shallow end. Guest on balcony ..not considerate for neighbour. Guest One side was on his mobile with a very loud voice many times. And the other side must have had the only balcony amongst their group. All in room shouting from room to balcony vice versa to each other. My last moan .TV it's a new ship. with the latest technology. surly they can have English TV other then the news repeating.

What did you dislike about the cruise? I want to check out MSC eventually.
