Great Staff! Clean ship. MSC app was great so you didn’t have to carry around the papers 😀

Embarkation

Very long and disorganized. Had a scheduled time at 10am and waited till 12:45pm to get in line to board ship. No one could hear numbers being called so everyone tried to get on at same time.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Overall the food was good and the service was excellent. All restaurants accommodated dietary needs.

HOLA! Tacos & Cantina

5 out of 5

Isabella was excellent and made sure all our food came out hot and in a timely fashion. Was smiling even when she was slammed. Food was excellent. The guacamole was fresh and the chicken enchiladas were the best!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service and staff were amazing and always greeted you with a smile! They learned your name and drink orders! Janoy, the bartender, at the infinity pool bar was amazing and I miss him already. He always is smiling( even with a mask on) and joking and laughing! And he makes the best cappuccino on the boat!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was gorgeous and offered many bars, lounges, and pools. The infinity pool was an adult only pool and was gorgeous!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had a deluxe interior and was larger than we thought it would be. John kept everything clean and stocked!

Ship tip

If you want to enjoy drinks at the pool, know that you are not allowed in or around the deck pool with a drink. Have to sit in lounger or at the bar.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Did the express disembarkation and we were off the ship in 30 mins and through customs. Very easy
