A: We spoke to a representative at MSC a couple of weeks ago and was told they stop boarding 2 hours before the ship leaves so they can prepare the ship for departure. Thank god we called and asked because had we not called, we were due to land at 2 pm... and probably would not arrived at the cruise terminal until 3:30 or 4:00, so we would have not been able to board. Sucks that we had to buy another set of airline tickets but now we know. Hope this helps. Good question though.See More

A: This changes with almost every sailing. However, from our opinions we’d say the ships are anywhere around 75%-90% capacity.

A: A ship phone/device will be provided to the family when checking into the kids’ clubs. This phone is utilized if they need to contact you for any reason. The staff will give you a detailed walk thru of the device when you’re onboard.

A: The basic surf package doesn’t include streaming. The surf and stream package does. However, ship WiFi isn’t reliable so don’t count on a seamless experience.
