You should be able to purchase online via their website prior to boarding. Just log in using your Confirmation Number or register on the website. Click on your cruise and you should see options for drink packages, wifi, excursions, etc. You can also call 1-877-272-9018. You can use onboard credit also, but must wait until you board. Booking prior to boarding is usually cheaper. I believe the drink package booked prior to boarding includes the gratuity, but if you book on board, you will pay a higher price plus gratuity. I usually book items prior to the cruise for the discount and use the onboard credit for the daily service charges (tips) and load any OBC left to a slot machine, then cash out and go to the cashier and get the cash.

in addition to the person who really informed to the top, next time you book if you see the offer Free Wifi and Drinks you should take it, only thing is the drink is Easy package includes all non alcoholic but they alcoholic only at $7 or$9 after that you have to play full price..keep in mind even buying before the cruise their prices for drinks package are quite expensive
