Review summary

If you want your vacations to be ruined ask any crew member from MSC Poesía for anything. Do yourself a favor and have dinner at the buffet rather than in Il Palladio. Better yet, book in Norwegian rather than in MSC

just got back from a cruise on Poesia crew were friendly.had a couple of problems that were sorted very quickly .I would book a cruise on Poesia again if price and destination was where i would like to visit .

Been on the POESIA..... Really friendly crew. On all MSC ships I have been on, the crew have been helpfull and friendly.
