Review summary
The last thing we expected or wanted was stress and and aggravation along with our risotto, but that's what we received. The customer service on board with the tour desk and accounting departments in particular, is atrocious, as is the customer service back home when we tried to get refunds for tours MSC and I cancelled. I've taken six cruises and have never complained before, but MSC's arrogance and poor customer service has motivated me to say something.Pros: nightly entertainment
