Food and Dining

If you did not eat in the main dining room, your choices were extremely limited. The casual buffet had short hours and the pizzeria and grill were open to the weather, thus resulting in cold food.

Very few activities planned. The cruise director was seldom seen.

Service and Staff

The staff overall were unfriendly and uncooperative. The main desk personnel gave the impression that you were bothering them and were not at all helpful.

The staterooms are very small and the bathrooms are even smaller. In order to take a shower, the shower curtain must be left open to avoid getting tangled up in it.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Terrible service, very small cabins, extra small bathroom (shower), very limited food choice

Recommends MSC Opera? No.
