Review summary

We took the cruise In Civitavecchia Rome, and begining with 3 hours boarding in the heat, among hundreds of people. once exausted and on the ship, the cabin was so small we had no space to get in to our bed, no drawers to put our close, or to put our suitecase. Once out to sea food was available only during meals, there is no such a thing as windjamer even part time. People smoked on every floor including the elevators. The shows are the only good thing on this ship. For the money we payed we could have gotten twice the deal with another cruise line. Sorry but that was our worst ship ever.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
There is no water or coffee available, even during dining you have to ask for it, if not you have to buy a bottle for 7 Euro every time you need a drink of water.

Entertainment

Service and Staff

Staff are mostly from one part of the world, extremely demoralized, and very aphatic

Pros: Entretainment was the only good thing about it

Cons: Service from A to Z was horrible, people smoke everywhere, there are no places to eat other than meal time, if you get up at 10AM You are out of luck, no water available, you must buy water at all times
