Review summary

Horrible. Do not go on this cruise.Trust me. Unless you like crowds, not relaxing because some bratty kid is splashing water in your eyes when you are in the hot tub, fighting for a table at breakfast & lunch, announcements blaring in your ears while you try to sleep, clueless staff (they literally don't know the answer to any questions), and dirty (yes, dirty) rooms, then stay away from MSC!

Dinner was good but breakfast was recycled into lunch & lunch into breakfast the next day. Also you have to fight for a table.

clueless. they don't speak any major language and if they do, they still give you the wrong answer or they get annoyed that you are asking them questions like "where is the bathroom" or "what is in this food?"

dirty, the mini fridge is never restocked, the "amenities" are broken, etc.

Pros: I loved Greece and Croatia and Italy.

Cons: Staff, low customer service standards, overcrowded, lack of information, dirty, everything else!

Recommends MSC Musica? No.
