We have been on several cruises with MSC including MSC Musica and we always brought our own extension cord, was never a problem at all. On our last trip with the Meraviglia our room steward immediately got us an extension cord after he regocnized we had a CPAP machine with us. We didn’t ask for it. It seemed to be a standard procedure. We appreciated that we did not even need to ask for it in case we would have forgotten to bring ours from home. So don’t worry about that.
