I thought that because we were in the yacht club things were going to be smooth, but not really. Once we were in the lounge they for a bit someone came to get us all but they moved so quick that in a blink of an eye we lost them in the mix and we husband with my nine month old so we somehow ended in the regular entrance with a bunch of people in a massive line. It was rainy and we were wet and hot . Anyways once in had to ask someone and finally came across a butler escorded us to the top sail lounge then we were told our room was ready. 😩

Not bad we had mainly dinner and lunch in yacht club food good went a few times to regular buffet and some of the food was good.

Our butler Rai and his junior butler were amazing!! Everyone was, but they went above and beyond!

Try to go with an open mind and enjoy the best you can, we liked it and enjoyed it . Mainly to relax

The people that work there are extremely RUDE!!!! This one lady was like come this way then confused some people and my husband and said I told you here I’m like looking at her he is with me and others looked at her like why she talking so loud and then she like “why y’all looking at me like that”!! Port sucks rude rude and it’s way to crazy busy I rather pay extra for a flight then go through there again and traffic don’t get me started.

Yes but again overall I really enjoyed it just those little issues , wow I’m shocked that actually moves your stuff, but why be surprised right? Again don’t get it , like why be that way,? Anyways I hope you enjoy your next cruise when it may be.

Fabulous time

Great trip. We upgraded to Yacht Club and were extremely pleased with the amenities. It felt like a private ship within a a ship. Spoiled us rotten.
