Review summary

The ship is magnificent but the staff, with a few exceptions, was appalling. Rude, uninterested and lazy. The food and service was truly awful. The entertainment was poor also. I will not travel MSC again!

In Napoli you Can Go to Sorrento and Pompai. On Secilian you Can take a trip to the vulkanolog Etna

I forgot to add that I refused to pay the gratuities, the only time ever and I’ve been cruising since 1995.
