It was my first cruise and it was my birthday!! Overall we had a good time. The entertainment and the hosting staff did a good job. You will have a good time!

The boarding team on land was dry and emotionless. I didn't understand why every ten steps someone asked for your boarding pass when the next person can literally see the pervious person.

At dinner time the food way to long to come. The team was great, the people were nice and attentive. I would give it a for because of the dinning team. I also like how we were place with people that did not come with us, in addition to our family. It was nice to meet new people.

All of the entertainments were great. We saw 3 shows, a comedy show, the disco club, the lounge performers, the casino, the white party, the fiesta.

Everything was wonderful!! I truly liked how you could meet and see the directors of entertainment through out the ship and they talked with us. That was a good experience. The Captain and officers were nice and approachable, would have love to see more of them throughout the cruise.

Our room steward was Yogi, very nice, always had what we needed, always there. I just didn't like how he was in our rooms several times a day. Other than that He was great. The buffet staff was disconnected. You could not ask them for anything, they would like right through us. The host on the floors were nice we even had a host singing and playing the guitar on the first day! However, there was only one American on the staff. This made it hard to understand some of the announcements. I did not like how when I had a problem the bounced me around the whole trip and did not solve it until the last day and made it seem like it was my fault that the problem did not get resolved.

As long as you are having a good time its great,( and will have a GREAT time) but if you have a problem do not expect them to help willingly.
Sorry you had just an ok experience. I've never had any problems with customer service on MSC. But I read comments on all cruise lines about bad experiences with customer service. I don't know why and what people expect. I guess you could request the room stewards not to come in your room. If you choose to cruise again, I hope it gets better.
