Expected the worst due to reviews we read however we experienced the opposite. One of the most enjoyable cruises out of over the 35+ cruises we have taken. The staff were friendly and helpful but maybe not quite as professional as some other cruise lines staff. Ship and entertainment were first class. Don't let the reviews stop you from trying a msc cruise.Embarkation
