From an organisational point of view, there is a lot to improve. Be prepared. Ship is very clean, very nice and staff does what it can to cover up the organisational issues

arrived at 12h30 for an announced emambarkation at 1pm. Entered one of the first in chaitic waiting line. On board around 14h45

MSC means Massive Special Chaos, right? 🤣 To be honest there is room to improve for sure. Totally agree. I remember hours and hours of waiting for debarkation...also embarkation in Miami was a mess. But nevertheless I would prefer a chaotic week with them instead of a working week😃😃
