Review summary

The dining room service was horrendous. The wait staff was clearly untrained. They, not only couldn't explain the menu items, they couldn't understand what you wanted to order. There was no help from the head waiters or the matre'd's. I was not happy with the tipping charged to your account, because I would have liked to tip our room personell more than the dining personell. The food was below standard. For an Italian line, we were disappointed with the selections offered.

Pros: It was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated.

Cons: Small Bathrooms. Poor service in the dining room.
