MSC stands for Mediocre Service Cruises

Sail Date: August 01, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

The ship is fine, new and clean. Our room steward was good. The food was okay but the service was very slow and the waiters do not know how to serve and remove dishes properly. The staff overall do not smile and are often rude and short tempered. Other than the Michael Jackson show, the shows are nothing special. The overall impression is that MSC is just out for another euro whenever and wherever they can get it. Overall, we'd say take a cruise with someone else.

Pros: Our table mates from Canada were awesome

Cons: The feeling that all MSC cared about was getting another euro at every chance...
