Review summary

Overall, my husband and I would still cruise with MSC. We love the company, was just disappointing how we had some hiccoughs on the road.

Embarkation

I’ve taken MSC before with seascape for my honeymoon back in April 2023. My husband and I had a wonderful time & our embarkation was great! Wasn’t bad or good, but definitely never damaged my luggage’s. This cruise with MSC Euribia wasn’t bad but there were a lot of hiccoughs we encountered. When we got to the port ready for our embarkation, we left our languages where MSC staff would drop them off by our cabin door. When I got my luggage back as you can see it got damaged. Not sure how but when we came to speak to the customer service manger, there wasn’t much they could do but give us a €60 euro cruise credit. If you were to do the currency on that, it would only be $89 something dollars Canadian. I paid $169.97 Canadian dollars that doesn’t even cover it. They were sadly no help but I did appreciate the Store credit. FYI: I added the brown tape.

Food wasn’t bad, it was quite good but my husband and I definitely preferred MSC seascape’s food. It was to die for! 😍

Staff was ok but we had some hiccoughs with people being rude & not very helpful. On MSC seascape that never happened to us, we had staff so kind & went above and beyond for us. This trip was definitely different to say the least.

Cabin / Stateroom

We originally got a no view indoor cabin that at first wasn’t the best. We had no AC, they had to give us a new room which was nice of them. However, in my opinion besides the AC incident I still wouldn’t recommend a no view cabin. In my opinion, it’s not worth it. If you can try get an Ocean view but I 100% recommend a balcony.
