Food wasn't as bad as others have said but it wasn't great either,The nickel and dining for everything got old fast.will definitely not sail MSC again. Ship was pretty,but no activities,poor layout and had an overall confusing theme.

Embarkation took about 15-20 minutes.Then as soon as you are in board you get hit with a wave of 20 plus employees wanting you to buy drink packages and photo packages they were very aggressive.

Main dining room never offered beef as a entree, unless you were willing to spend an extras $20+ , Buffet was decent,pretty much lived off if pizza for 7 days (best cruise ship pizza,I have ever had)

Super small,no couch no table and only room for one person to move around at a time.
Ship tip
Pay a little more and sail on royal or carnival,by the time MSC gets done charging you for extras the competition is way cheaper
We did self assist with luggage, we were third in line to get off ship,as we are scanning sea cards to get off they wouldn't let anyone off because system was saying had unresolved balances so it became a complete bottle neck with luggage people in wheel chairs ect.,They told us at service desk we were free to get off ship but security wouldn't let us pass because his computer was showing balance owed,it was doing so with everyone's cards he scanned,The It got to point we're passengers were threatening physical violence for being detained. Complete cluster
