Review summary

Don’t go.. Horrible, everything from the food to the service and staff. The passengers put the icing on the cake. RUDE..MSC never again. Transfer from airport to port disorganized we arrived at the ship 3 hours after arriving. Port to airport disorganized we took a taxi to the airport because transfer hadn’t arrived after 2 hours of waiting. Of course MSC employees didn’t know anything and they would talk among themselves about the passengers in Italian. Little did they know that I am Italian and I knew what they were saying about us. RUDE. MSC NEVER AGAIN. Please don’t go with MSC.

I tend to ignore reviews that are this bad. No cruise can be so horrible unless something catastrophic happened.

Seems like a Fake Review from someone with a grudge against MSC or works for a competing cruise line. Since most other reviews are 4-5 Stars, this one obviously is suspicious.
