Review summary

Kids club was fabulous! Norm at the Aqua Bar was the most amazing bartender ever! Other than that the ship and cruise line were poor. Dinner in the MDR was painfully slow and our waiter was smelly. Bar service anywhere besides with Norm was awful. Our steward forgot to refill toilet paper and soap even with reminders from us. Our beach towels weren’t switched out and sometimes trash was left in our trash can. Not impressed by the line.

We cruised in a balcony Fantistica , and had the opposite our steward kept our room clean the bathroom full and clean he came by at least twice a day, they lock the room fridge the night before I convinced our steward to leave it unlocked until we vacated the room because of my wife’s medicine ,he was hesitant but allowed it,
