Review summary

This is the most beautiful and clean ship I’ve ever seen. The Divina feels much more elegant than other cruise lines. Pizza is very good and the shows, especially the Michael Jackson show, are great quality. I wish they had comedy shows though as I feel that was the biggest lack the Divina has. There at times can be a language barrier between staff and guests and guests with other guests because they are so popular internationally. However, this wasn’t a big problem at all. Just expect that you might sometimes need to find another person if you have a question. Staff were extremely polite. The vouchers for drinks and the prices really put MSC above other cruise lines for those on a budget wanting good quality.

English is usually the first language spoken but then they go through a list of like 5 other languages every time they do announcements. A lot of the staff know many different languages

Good review , yess lack of comedy shows, even the janitorial guy whom spoke no English understood I was looking for a bathroom and took me to the closest one ,

If, and when I go on the Divina, your cruise will be the same cruise I opt for to check out the MSC line. So many pros and cons, but I believe the pro-side more. I plan on going with the same attitude you had. Best wishes.

This was a very fair review. Thank you for understanding about the language barrier. A smile always works wonders! I just immersed my self in the sea of languages surrounding me. Though I never had a problem finding someone to help out. So glad you had a good cruise and hope you have many more.
