Review summary

This was my Dad & I's second time on Divina....last year we sailed to Bermuda, & even tho the weather sucked, we totally fell in love with her. This year, the weather was great, but we were not happy with Divina...why the heck the service changed so drastically, only MSC (and the man upstairs) know! This time it was like the crew wished you were not there...there was no rapid response to anything, & sometimes no response at all! Have been on a gazillion cruises, so am used to crew members having heavy accents...but not speaking any English? What's up with that??? Thank goodness we went to the Caribbean where those crystal blue waters, and mostly sunny skies will wash away ill feelings towards anything!
