Review summary

Just got back from the June 3 sailing and let me start by saying what a wonderful cruise! I had so much fun and truly enjoyed my first experience with MSC. The ship is gorgeous, very clean, and very elegant. The food was delicious, and the pizza in the buffet is to die for, it's delicious and I would cruise MSC just for the pizza again, and I'm super picky when it comes to food, so for me to enjoy it, it's gotta be good! Some of the things that I didn't enjoy on this cruise was that some of the crew members I encountered weren't very friendly, our waiter was kinda rude, and our room steward didn't clean our room very well. I'm an easy going guy and usually things like this don't bother me and it didn't affect my cruise or experience, just they are just things that disappointed me a little. Also, many of the international guests were very rude, so definitely be careful with them 😂The ports were visited were beautiful, just be careful with the vendors in Jamaica, they are very aggressive and pushy towards selling you things! Our cruise director Andre was hilarious, I loved him! Definitely don't let the negative reviews on here scare you away from trying an MSC cruise, it was an incredible experience and I will definitely do another MSC cruise in the future without a doubt, hopefully on either Seaside or Mergaviglia! 😁

We even book a cruise for the new Seaside next yr the same week before we even got off that ship lol.

We was on that same cruise and we loved it. The crew was super awesome and friendly. Yes the pizza is to die for and we never went to the dinners at night we ate at the buffet every time we ate. And yes the international guest were very very very rude and would break in line whenever they wanted. They acted like they owned the ship. But other than the rude guest the cruise ship was awesome and had a blast.

Excellent review, we had 8 seniors and we loved every aspect , I'm sorry your room steward wasn't good ours was great, and our dinner server was overworked but awesome, some of the foreigners were a lil rude but it made it interesting,were definitely gonna book the Seaside next year,

Such a nice review. Glad you liked the food too. So many others complain it has made me hesitant about MSC. Must rethink.
