Review summary

Ship was beautiful and very clean. Staff were very friendly. The food in the buffet was quit varied and what I had was good. The staff in the main dining room did not appear to be well trained in food service. Everyone at the table was not served at the same time. People did not always get everything they ordered. And service was very slow. It did get better as the week progressed. Main dining room is the only thing preventing all stars. I would definitely sail on this ship again

We had 4 balcony cabins of all seniors , 65 or so , same experience as yours except we had dinner in the ZBlack Crab, and our service was excellent, it was an ordeal 1,5 hrs but we were in no hurry, we had 1 person return a steak one night they replaced it promptly,
