Great ship, average food, poor service

Sail Date: October 13, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Balcony

The ship is very beautiful and has some nice features. But the service was very disappointing. Drink service to tables was very slow. Most often, I was getting my own drinks at the bar. Dining room was limited in drink offerings. The service in the dining room was relatively good, but the food was average at best. Very limited selection for kids that included cheese pizza that was microwaved. We selected the ships because of the ports of call (Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Croatia). The ports were great!

Pros: Ports of call, ship design

Cons: Poor service

Recommends MSC Divina? No.

Average food, poor drink service
Cabin / Stateroom
Very nice rooms with bathrooms that seemed large for a cruise ship.
